Used Metal Cut-to-length Lines

Cut-to-length lines, takes flat rolled steel or coiled steel, unrolls it, levels and cuts it to desired length sheet. They are also known as blanking lines, level lines, and shear lines. 50 years ago most steel sheet was purchased directly from the mills, however it became more efficient to send the master coils to a service center where the material could be processed for the end user. Cut-to-length lines can be start/stop, such as in heavy guage metal processing, or a free loop on lighter guage materials.

The basic parameters of a cut to length line, are master coil width, coil weight, material type, minimum and maximum thickness, length tolerance, finished sheet length range, and desired flatness. At GALAXIE CORPORATION we are one of the Worlds largest dealers in used cut to length lines. We sell Herr-Voss, Pro-Eco, Delta Brands, Red Budd, Rowe, and Cauffiel to name a few.

Please contact your represenative at Galaxie or email us your requirements, we would be glad to share our expertise with you at no charge. Below is our current inventory of used cut to length lines.
